Is there a fee to store swag?
Yes, warehousing fees are charged every 6 months. You are only charged for the number of items left in your inventory at the beginning of the 6 months period. Warehousing fees are broken down below.

Bulk storage:
Small swag (e.g. pens, stickers) incur a storage fee of $0.25 per item
Medium swag (e.g. notebooks, shirts) incur a storage fee of $1.00 per item
Large swag (e.g. backpacks, jackets) incur a storage fee of $3.00 per item
Can I design swag items myself?
Of course! We have a team of designers to help you customize your swag, but you are more than welcome to design all items yourself.
Remember that each item you select may have some decoration constraints or limitations, and the last thing we want to see is a beautiful design that can’t we can’t accommodate.

How do I get die-lines or artwork templates?
If you are looking for die-lines or artwork templates, our Swag Experts are here to help!
Provide the items you want to design, and our team will sort the rest. There may be some items that don’t have die-lines or artwork templates, but our team will happily make sure you’re aware of any design limitations.
How do I find my PMS colors?
This part can be tricky if you’re unfamiliar with your company’s logos or branding. If you don’t have access to a design or marketing department to provide your company’s logo PMS colors, we can help!
First, we’ll chat about what kind of PMS color we will need to produce your swag. Almost all swag items require a PMS color that is guide coded, which is essential to design the swag items. If you don’t have them, our Swag Experts can help pick out the PMS colors for you.
How long does it take to order swag?
Swag typically takes 3-4 weeks to get produced, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get it sooner! If you need something rushed, let your Swag Expert know and we’ll get it sorted.
NOTE: The fewer colors and decorations an item has, the quicker it can get produced. For example, anything with leather patches, hem tags, or gradients will take time to make, as opposed to a simple one-color logo, which we can sometimes produce in a single day!
How should can I budget swag?
Most companies budget their swag per person; a typical swag pack budget is around $60-$70. If you’re buying for conferences and events, budgets will vary since you’re likely buying items in bulk.
If you have budget constraints, don’t sweat it! We can seamlessly work within your limitations to get you items you’ll love!
How does pricing work?
Pricing on your swag depends on variables like quantity, logo colors, and decoration type/placements.
Quantities: The more you buy, the less you spend per item. There are price breaks on amount, so ordering order numbers like 48 can cost more than just buying 50. Most price breaks are in 50 or 100 increments depending on the item.
Logo colors/artwork: The more colors you want on something, the more expensive that item will be unless it’s a digitally printed item like stickers, tape, or boxes. If your logo has a gradient or heavy detailing, it may cost more to have it made.
Placements: The number of logo placements also influences the cost of your swag, which is especially applicable to apparel. We’ll charge you for placement and location if you want your logo printed on the back of a t-shirt and the front.
How do I choose the right box size?
We size each box based on what you select to ensure all your items fit perfectly! Put away the measuring tape and leave the box-sizing to our Swag Experts!
Do you offer swag samples?
Yes!
We offer a sample pack that allows you to envision your swag pack’s look and feel!
Can I order individual items instead of a pack?
Yes! Many clients place bulk orders for individual items instead of packs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We can ship your Swag to any location worldwide. Rates vary depending on size and weight. A Swag Agent can assist you in finding the best method to get your Swag across the globe.
How do the sizes work for shirts?
You may collect sizes on your end, or we can recommend a standard distribution for you! Each Swag pack will be labeled with a small size sticker, notating the size of the garments inside.
We need somewhere to store our swag. Can you help?
Of course we can! We offer storage and fulfillment options to clients with large volume orders. Our warehouse is located in Singapore, and we ship internationally. You let us know how many packs you need from our warehouse, we will ship them out the same day!
Is there a minimum amount we need to order?
We are only able to process orders of 50 packs or more. Less than minimum orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Who designs the items?
Our Swag Agents and design team find new ideas and create mockups for each project to get ideas flowing. You can provide your logo or if you need help with designs, or need some ideas, we are here to help!
How long does it take for me to get my Swag?
We estimate new orders will be ready to ship within 4 weeks. Thank you for your patience!
What’s the ordering process like?
Our Swag Agents handle all of the ordering for you, and assemble your packs in-house. Once your packs are ready to be sent out, we will update you with tracking information.
Will all the items fit in the box?
Our Swag Agents will measure boxes for each order to be sure your items fit perfectly. We will suggest alternative shipping methods for larger items, if needed.
What are some of our different box options?
We offer custom printed boxes or mailer boxes. Custom printed boxes allow interior and exterior design. Our design team can create something special for you! Mailer boxes are white or brown boxes that we can liven up with custom branded tape or stickers to seal.
Do packs come preassembled?
Of course! We handle all assembly in-house to relieve stress for you! We will make sure each pack is on-brand with great presentation before it leaves our warehouse.
Can each pack have different items in them?
Yes! Our goal is to make your job easier. If you have specialized packs that include certain items we can ensure your swag packs are packed accordingly.

Can we use multiple designs?
Yes of course! We can do a mix of designs on different items all in one pack. Our Swag Agents can assist you with designs and pricing.
How can I collect apparel sizes?
Glad you asked. Our Swag Experts can help you collect sizes by creating a custom landing page to collect sizes and even shipping information. Landing pages are fully customizable and are included in working with us!
Do you ever contact our recipients?
No! We value your privacy. SwagUp does not retarget or contact any recipients for anything outside of the scope of the project.
What happens if apparel items don’t fit?
We do not accept returns for improper fit. Our Swag Experts can provide size charts for any apparel items requested.
How long does it take to get mockups?
Our team sends mockups within 24 hours, but most times it’s within a few hours. 😎
How soon do I have to provide address information for it to be shipped?
We recommend submitting all shipping information at least 10 days prior to the shipment date. This will ensure there are no issues (especially with international shipments). If shipping information is sent on the day of shipment, your order will risk being delayed.
Can I order samples?
Yes of course! We offer a free sample pack that you can request here. If you wish to see samples of specific products you are interested in, we will only charge you our wholesale cost + shipping for those samples.
